A Little Bit Of Good News...

I have a little bit of good news to share, although I have to say that at the moment, I’m not sure such trivia can be justified. With so much happening at the moment, how important are personal events?

For US readers, Just One Damned Thing After Another is a Bookbub promotion and has shot up to Number 25 in the Amazon charts. This is so exciting for me and I hope it’s not inappropriate to share this with our US friends. Many thanks to everyone who has bought the book.

Here in the UK, JODTAA is a kindle deal at 99p for anyone wanting to take a chance on a strange new author. New to them, I mean. I’m actually rather old.

And I’ve finalised the Hard Time edits. In fact, I’ve finished all my edits so I’ve picked up Elizabeth Cage again – to whom something rather disconcerting is happening. What do you see when you look into a mirror? No – what do you really see?

Stay safe, everyone. We will get through this.

So maybe all those social media posts recommending your books really accomplished something?

Just so you don’t let this sudden bout of notoriety keep you from writing. 🤣😂

In all seriousness… Congratulations, you have definitely earned it. 🏆

I am one of the US purchasers from Bookbub and once I read that one I purchased every one of the other St Mary’s books and am working my way through them. I adore your writing and have not laughed out loud as much in a long time. Keep up the good work, and keep the stories coming.

I have read everything re:St. Mary’s. Also the first Time Police. HURRY UP and publish more! I’m a great proof-reader, and volunteer my services so I can read sooner!

Aaah. I came here hoping to find Elizabeth Cage news (again. I pop round periodically and have a tiny dig about and give up because I’m lazy) and my persistence (in frequency if not length of visit) has finally paid off. I’d all but given up on Ms. Cage. Glad to hear you hadn’t.
Can’t wait. Will make do (that’s understatement. I’m learning) with Hard Time in the mean…time. Time.

Woo hoo! NEW Elizabeth Cage, can’t wait I’ve enjoyed these books enormously & felt a little bereft at the end.
Pleased you’ve had good news to share in these hard times :)
